Helping local government and the farming sector navigate freshwater regulation.

I develop and manage projects and programmes that deliver results for both farmers and councils.

I’m a resource management specialist based in rural South Auckland.

I’m experienced in implementing regulation and create practical solutions for regulatory agencies. I simplify Resource Management Act jargon. I ensure my farming clients understand requirements and can make informed decisions about environmental management on their farm.

Mostly I just get stuff done.

Tammy Deans of Spring Resource Management

Spring Resource Management

Tammy Deans

I have over 17 years’ experience in environmental management in the public and private sector - and I’ve been involved in the farming sector most of my life.

The farming environmental management space is constantly changing. I understand how challenging it can be implementing regulatory changes in a farming context.

This is where I can help.

I work with regional councils and the farming sector, helping roll out changes to freshwater management.

My qualifications include a Master of Resource Management Planning, Advanced Sustainable Nutrient Management Certificate (OverseerFM) from Massey University, and Bachelor of Science from Canterbury University.
